The fruit of a centuries-old tradition, this Tweed is spun in Kilcar with all the original know-how for authentic wool.

This wool is soft to the touch. It will be ideal for accessories such as hats/mittens or scarves as well as for your sweaters. It produces superb jacquards with a “Fairisle” effect.

	Recommended needles: 4 to 5.5 mm / US 6 to 9
	Recommended hook: 4 to 5.5 mm
	Recommended maintenance: When washing for the first time, wash the wool twice to clean it of spinning oil (traditional spinning). Hand wash and lay flat to dry. We recommend Eucalan wool soap to wash it gently: link .
