Description :
A hole in your favorite cashmere, a sock that is fraying at the heel, frayed sleeve edges?
Perfect ! They will become the pretext for beautiful embroidery to transform your knitting into a unique work.
A great way to extend the life of your clothes and stimulate our creativity.
No prerequisites for this course.
In the program :
- Hide a hole with an embroidered patch
- Reinforce a threadbare part with a honeycomb embroidery
- Improvise a weave over a hole.

Your teacher:
Celine Barbeau

Before opening the warm boutique La Maison Tricotée, Céline Barbeau, originally from Paris, was a storyteller in France.
Having lived in Quebec for 18 years, she can boast of having opened the first “Café-Tricot” in Montreal in 2013. Céline has been knitting for over twenty years and teaching for 20 years. With the pandemic, her teachings have moved online, allowing a large community to benefit from her knowledge in both her historic knitting lectures, her free classes and her more advanced courses. Invited as a knitting teacher in many festivals in Quebec and France, take advantage of her humor and her passion for teaching.
Fiber artist, she also creates many knitting patterns available on the Maison Tricotée page.
