Return and Refund Policy
What is your return policy ?
60 DAY WARRANTY. We will refund any item that has not been knitted, worn, spooled (including wool by weight), or washed - if you return it in perfect resalable condition with the receipt (or order number) within 60 days of your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any return sent or communicated after the 60 day period.
The item must be in new condition: that is, undamaged, clean, odorless, free of animal hair, and with the original tags and packaging.
You can cancel your registration for a course at any time before the start date and receive a full refund. If the courses have already started, we will refund 10% of the courses not taken.
For reasons of hygiene, cosmetic products and food products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Are shipping costs refundable?
How long will it take to receive my refund?
If you made your purchase with a debit or credit card, your refund will appear within 1-2 business days from the date your request was processed. However, depending on your financial institution, it could take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. PayPal and Etsy refunds normally appear within 2-4 business days from the request processing date.
Can I get a refund on a past exchange?
No. Our system does not support exchanges or refunds on an order that has already been exchanged in the past.
How can I exchange an order?
You can return orders made online free of charge to the store or using a courier service. Purchases and orders made in store can only be returned in store. Please note that purchases made with PayPal or Etsy can only be refunded via PayPal or Etsy if you return by postal service.
Can I make a free return to the store?
You will be refunded according to the payment method originally used. In the case of a purchase made using a split payment method (i.e. combining a gift card and another payment method), the refund will always be made in priority to a gift card.
Where is my receipt when I order online?
A copy of your receipt will be included in your package. This may be inside the shipping bag box, or it may have been folded and inserted behind the shipping label on the outside of the package.
It is also available in your online account . If you do not have your receipt, you can contact the employees, who will send you a copy (see next question).
How can I get a copy of my receipt?
Simply send us your request by email with your order number (if possible).
If you opted for the electronic receipt when you placed your order online or your purchase in store, contact us to obtain a copy.
You can also download a copy through your online account .
How can I make a return via postal services?
Contact us with your order number on hand. We will contact you as soon as possible to explain the procedure to follow. Quite simply.
Do I have to pay for returning online orders?
A fee of 8$CAD (plus taxes) will be deducted from the refund amount for all orders. Please first consult the ''What is your return policy?'' section to ensure that the items are eligible for return. Then return the items for a refund. We will send you a prepaid packing slip so that you can return the goods.
If your order is faulty or you received the wrong items, we'll send you a prepaid packing slip so you can return the goods free of charge. We will ask you to provide pictures showing the damage.
Can I exchange products purchased online?
Yes, you can do it in store or by mail!
I printed my return label and then misplaced it. How can I get it back?
That's why we're here! Contact us and we will be happy to provide you with your order number and a new return label by email.
