Egg Cozy Cupcake

—- To prepare and wait for Christmas, I am going to offer a very special gift to you, my family of Knitters—-

An Advent calendar of free patterns and recipes to make something to warm up our loved ones and tell them "I took this time to please you and tell you that I love you". Pattern for today: The Cozy Egg Cupcake.

- Material:
10 g of DK yarn in 2 different colors (A and B)
3.5 mm double-pointed needles
A hook 0.60 mm
15 beads

- Sample
22m x 30 rows in stocking st

– Techniques:
1/1 ribs (1Med, 1 Mev)
stockinette st circular (all in the place.)
Beaded stitch: Insert the hook into the bead, pass it through the stitch and pass the yarn through the bead to make a loop. Knit this loop.

Cast on 30 stitches distributing them on the double pointed needles. Join in the round, being careful not to twist the stitches. Knit 6 rows in 1/1 rib then 1 row with color A. Cut the yarn and join color B.

Knit 3 rows, then 1 openwork row as follows: * 2 stitches together, 1 yarn over * to repeat on the entire row, knit 3 rows. Knit the next row by knitting together each stitch with the stitch 7 rows lower in order to fold the work over and form the cattooth collar. Continue straight as follows:

row 3: *knit 5, 1 beaded stitch* repeat on the entire row.
rg 4 and 5: All right side up.
row 6: knit 2, *1 beaded stitch, knit 5* up to the last 4 stitches and finish with 1 beaded stitch, knit 3.
